Join our Travel Distribution & Strategy Legal Department and become part of a multicultural team supporting Amadeus' business across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in APAC and the Americas.
In this internship, you'll gain hands‑on experience in how a global in‑house legal team partners with commercial stakeholders to support key business activities with travel agencies, airlines, corporations, and strategic partners worldwide. Program Description
Support day‑to‑day activities of the Travel Distribution & Strategy Legal Department.
Contribute to simplification and digitalization initiatives, including:
Implementation and follow‑up of the Contract Lifecycle Management tool in multiple countries.
Implementation and support of Learning Partner Agreements globally.
Automation of new legal and operational document flows, as well as review and improvement of existing automated flows.
Support for automated NDA and security certification processes.
Accountabilities
Support the drafting and review of legal documents across multiple regions.
Assist with basic contractual due‑diligence activities.
Help prepare and follow up on distribution agreements.
Contribute to legal analysis and risk‑assessment tasks under guidance.
Assist in maintaining the contract management tool and internal workflows.
Help prepare final contract versions and coordinate signatures and approvals.
Support simple bankruptcy‑related tasks and coordination activities.
Assist with preparing, signing, and filing corporate documentation.
Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing materials and updates.
Requirements
Law Degree (master degree good to have but not mandatory)
English: Written and oral fluency mandatory
Fluent French and/or Spanish and/or German and/or Italian would be strong plus
MS Office 365: Word and PowerPoint (Excel is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Proactive problem solving.
Ability to work to reasonable deadlines and targets.
Clear communicator.
Eligibility Criteria & Program Details
This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements:
Be under 30 years old at the internship start date
Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years
Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE
Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies
Hold one of the following academic qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior) OR Bachelor's Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed) OR Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credit
This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor's or Master's graduates with limited prior internship experience.
Expected start date: May-June 2026. Candidates must be fully available to begin full-time during this period
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Madrid
Hybrid model: 50% office-based, 50% remote
