The R&D organization of Outpayce is an amazing division at the heart of the Amadeus Payment ecosystem! And we play a central role in enabling our customers to smoothly and safely pay for their travel journey.

But not only! Outpayce has also, last year, broadened its offer and deployed an amazing new Outpayce issuing platform in production that will set the path for the future of the company! That is, our new Orion cloud-native application is designed to integrate seamlessly with various providers, both external and internal, using REST APIs and different networks. And it supports functionalities such as authenticated traffic, file sharing, and financial reporting

We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Definition Analyst (PDA) to join our RND maintenance support team, which is already filled with amazing and caring people! As a PDA, you will play a central role in ensuring the stability of our production platform. You will continuously help to improve our software by analyzing customer incidents and providing high-quality support and advice to all our customers and our RND colleagues.

As a Product Definition Analyst, your role will be to:

  • Display excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of payment systems and processes.
  • Guarantee best practices in product definition and collaboration within the maintenance team.
  • Proactively collaborate with many RND teams located all around the world.
  • Propose and implement solutions to prevent the re-occurrence of incidents.
  • Take the lead in incident investigation and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate incident investigations and remote sessions with key customers to expedite resolution.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Familiarity with Amadeus customer support processes and maintenance tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills and an ability to adapt to a complex dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
  • Previous experience in the payment industry is a plus.
