Ownership of third-party listing content remains with the original source, employer, or respective rights holder.

4. Accuracy and Availability Disclaimer

Because listings are aggregated from external sources, we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current, accurate, or still available. Roles may be modified, paused, or removed at source without notice.

You are responsible for verifying details directly on the employer's website before applying or relying on any listing information.

5. Application and External Sites

SpainJobs.io is not the hiring employer and is not a party to employment decisions or contracts. Applications are typically completed on third-party websites that have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal and internal business use to discover jobs and employers.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or infrastructure
• Copy, republish, or redistribute listings in bulk from SpainJobs.io
• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl SpainJobs.io at harmful volumes
• Interfere with platform operation, security, or availability

7. Intellectual Property (Platform Content)

SpainJobs.io owns the platform itself, including our software, site design, database structure, original copy, and branding. These elements may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

For clarity: this ownership does not extend to third-party job listing text, logos, or marks that originate from external sources.

9. Limitation of Liability
