Summary
The Strategic Planning & Performance Manager supports Revenue Operations by driving consistent planning, performance, and reporting frameworks across all Travel Unit Verticals within Growth Acceleration. The role ensures alignment between business strategy and commercial execution, delivering clear insights, standardized processes, and high‑quality reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve annual strategic and commercial planning across Travel Unit Verticals;
- Turn Business Line strategy into clear Revenue Growth and Commercial Plans;
- Ensure Business Lines and Commercial teams are aligned on inputs, targets, and timelines;
- Define and manage planning processes, calendars, and key milestones;
- Create consistent planning and performance materials across all Verticals;
- Improve performance review processes and governance meetings;
- Align performance review timing with Travel Unit and regional forums;
- Manage performance review and reporting calendars and communications;
- Ensure key KPIs and business insights are included in performance reviews;
- Improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of performance reporting;
- Create shared templates and reporting standards across Verticals;
- Help build and maintain a single, reliable source of planning and performance data;
- Encourage the use of AI and advanced analytics in planning and performance;
- Work closely with Growth Acceleration teams, Regions, and VP Offices.
About the ideal candidate:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Strategy, CEO/VP Office, Management Consulting, or similar environments;
- Strong exposure to strategic planning, performance management, and executive reporting;
- Solid understanding of management reporting, strategy execution, and project/program management;
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, influence without authority, and operate in complex, matrixed organizations;
- Highly structured, proactive, and problem‑solving oriented, with a strong focus on operational excellence;
- Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and priorities across regions and functions;
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau);
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent;
- Fluent in English.
