Financial Reporting Associate

Summary:

We are looking for a talented is looking for a Financial Reporting Associate to support the financial management of fixed costs, CAPEX, and personnel resources across assigned business areas. In this role, you´ll perform variance analysis, monitor financial performance against plans and forecasts, and provide clear financial insights to central controllers and business managers. You will also support forecasting activities, enhance reporting tools and information flows, and collaborate with Finance and P&C teams to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze fixed costs, CAPEX, and personnel expenses and explain variances against budget and forecasts.

• Monitor monthly financial performance and investigate unusual or significant cost trends.

• Prepare clear monthly financial reports and highlights for central controllers and management.

• Support the forecasting and planning process, including data preparation and system uploads.

• Work closely with Finance, P&C, and business managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and planning.

• Respond to questions from stakeholders regarding financial results and future spending.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Around 1 year of experience in finance, controlling, or financial analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of financial and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
