Web Technical Support Analyst (French Speaker)

Summary:

We are looking for a Web Customer Support Analyst (French Speaker) to join our team and deliver outstanding support to our global web clients. In this role, you´ll help troubleshoot website issues, implement tracking solutions, and support ongoing website improvements. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, enhance website performance, and ensure accurate ecommerce and analytics tracking. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support to global web clients through clear written and verbal communication.

  • Troubleshoot website issues, including bug fixing, enhancements, and performance improvements.

  • Deliver efficient technical support and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate issues and manage escalations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and support opportunities.

  • Upgrade and optimize websites to support responsive design and performance improvements.

  • Migrate ecommerce and media tracking tags into Google Tag Manager (GTM) while following testing and QA processes.

  • Implement and customize web analytics and optimization code, including Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking tags from media vendors such as Facebook, Sojern, and others using JavaScript and HTML.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Strong customer-oriented problem-solving mindset, capable of overcoming both technical and communication challenges.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with JavaScript or HMTL;

  • Fluency in English and French required.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or another tag management platform.

  • Analytical thinking and strong collaboration skills.

  • Ability to effectively support multiple teams with varying technical knowledge and skill levels.
