What challenges you´ll be solving 🚀
CRM operations: Help set up and monitor lead nurturing campaigns, learning how CRM tools work and how to ensure data quality and accurate segmentation.
Lead management: Assist in enriching and organizing lead and opportunity data across internal tools, understanding how information flows through the funnel.
Sales coordination: Support the handoff of qualified leads to the right business stakeholders, gaining exposure to how commercial teams operate.
Reporting: Help track campaign results and key conversion metrics, building your confidence working with data and performance dashboards.
Process improvement: Contribute to documenting workflows and identifying small improvements — a great way to understand how operations scale.
You'll collaborate with people across Marketing, Sales and other teams, giving you a broad view of how a fintech company works from the inside.

What you’ll need 🫲🏽
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field — or be in the final stage of your studies.
Up to 1 year of experience in CRM, Marketing, Sales or a related area. Internships count.
Curiosity about digital marketing, lead generation, sales processes and customer engagement.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized when juggling several tasks.
Comfort working with Excel and digital tools. Any previous exposure to a CRM or marketing automation platform is a plus, but not required.
English proficiency is required.

About the role 🤓
As a CRM & Sales Trainee, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, learning how customer engagement, lead management and commercial processes work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will work closely with a senior team member who will guide you through the fundamentals of CRM operations, demand generation and sales coordination. This is a hands-on learning role: you won't just observe - you'll contribute to real projects from day one, with the support and guidance you need to grow.
This role is ideal for someone just starting out who is curious about how Marketing and Sales work together to drive growth.
