Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience: 5+ years of recent experience in Salesforce solution delivery, with a deep specialization in Marketing Cloud. Must have System Integration experience. System Migration experiences would be a plus. Relevant Salesforce certifications will be considered a plus.
  • Technical Mastery: Good proficiency in SFMC modules, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, and Microsites. Additional expertise is a plus.
  • Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge in data modeling, data lifecycle & governance such as data retention strategies, data archiving approaches, data ownership & stewardship, data traceability, and data integration knowledge such as source of truth concept, batch vs real time data integration, duplication, and synchronization risk.
  • Methodology: Strong background in Agile delivery and Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA ; Knowledge in database management system like PostgreSQL will be added value.
  • Customer oriented with excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to take ownership of our platform's strategy, governance and performance. In this role, you will ensure the SFMC ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business priorities, while enabling seamless integrations, efficient data management, and effective marketing automation.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Platform Governance & Strategy: Own the SFMC solution roadmap and ensure implementations are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards and architecture teams.
  • Journey & Automation Orchestration Monitor and maintain workflows built inside Journey Builder and Automation Studio, including multi-org connector setups.
  • Integration & Data Strategy: Drive design for Integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Data Cloud, and other source systems. Owns and maintains the system integration interfaces including all the related documentation.
  • Security, Privacy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with PDPA / GDPR / regional privacy laws and deep knowledge in Consent & Preference management
  • Documentation Accountability: Create and maintain system‑level documentation such as system design specifications, backup plan, restore and recovery plan. Reviews, approvals, and governing technical documentation produced by delivery teams.
  • Application Support: Ensure the ongoing stability, security, and performance of the platform by managing upgrades, patches, and bug fixes, conducting security and access reviews, and owning incident resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Application Catalog: Own the service request catalog across the solution and its support model.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and leadership in coordinating tasks to ensure quality and sustainable delivery.
