What will your challenges be?

• Coordinate laboratory areas to drive growth and improvement
• Generate, follow-up, coordinate and report the budget of the R&D area, including Projects, CECOs, CAPEX and Training
• Plan Innovation and Reformulations Pipeline
• Plan, coordinate and follow-up the Organic Portfolio Growth Booster
• Coordinate the Training Plan among all R&D areas
• Search, Introduce, Assess & Manage external developers & new CROs
• Manage Development contracts and CDAs with external developers and new CROs
• Support R&D areas during claims definition to improve internal management
  

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Higher University Degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Languages: English - High Level
