We are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Delivery Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Lead Supply Chain transformation projects (between 1 and 4 projects simultaneously)
• Define, design, and implement strategic solutions, ensuring proper execution and supporting the post-implementation stabilization phase
• Oversee external vendors, managing deviations and ensuring technical contract compliance when necessary
• Ensure proper technical integration between new nodes and the company's ecosystem (ERP, WMS, TMS) when required
• Go-live and stabilization (Hypercare), including training end users on new processes
• Maintain a 360º view of all Supply areas (planning, production, logistics, etc.) to anticipate the impact of each initiative
• Participate in international projects, leading on-site physical implementation (setup of facilities, infrastructure, etc.), coordinating local teams and technical vendors
• Interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level audiences
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Experience: about 10 years, including consulting (preferably Big4, Accenture, or similar), additional experience in a corporate/industry environment.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
Languages: B2 English.
Tools: Experience working with SAP and Project Management, Analytical skills and strategic thinking
