What will your challenges be?

• Global/Local Alignment: Coordinate the implementation of the corporate Social Media and Influencer Marketing strategy across the following countries, ensuring proper cultural, regulatory, and market-specific adaptation.
• Market Support: Act as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, providing strategic guidance, resources, and toolkits to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all markets at all times.
• Unified Reporting & Performance Analysis: Consolidate and analyze Social Media and Influencer Marketing results from all markets to identify insights, trends, and global best practices on a monthly and annual basis.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze brand performance versus competitors on a monthly and annual basis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Corporate Event Coordination: Plan and execute Social Media and Influencer Marketing strategies for major corporate events, including:
• Corporate Influencer & KOL Coordination: Identify and coordinate relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for corporate campaigns and event activations.
• Centralized Content Creation: Lead the development and distribution of centralized brand content assets for use across local social media channels.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University and/or masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, publicity, PR or related fields.
• Experience: Proven work experience as Social Media Specialist (organic and/or paid) of at least 4 years. Experience coordinating diverse teams with multiple stakeholders (preferably international exposure).
• Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
