The Global Commercial Operations Project Manager drives the end-to-end delivery of strategic Sales Planning & Execution initiatives across Unilabs' markets. The role translates the priorities emerging from the global commercial agenda and market capability needs into structured project plans, leads execution in close partnership with country teams, and ensures each project lands with measurable impact on commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Translate the priorities into structured project plans, with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership and success measures.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sales Planning & Execution projects across markets, including but not limited to sales planning frameworks, sales force effectiveness, territory and account management, performance management, and sales process standardisation.
- Drive execution in partnership with country commercial leads, securing the engagement, resource and follow-through needed for adoption in each market.
- Run project governance and reporting, steering committees, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, keeping global and market sponsors aligned and decisions on time.
- Build a consistent commercial project management approach across the team tools, templates and ways of working that enable repeatable, high-quality delivery and continuous learning across markets.
Success Measures & KPIs
- Deliver agreed projects on time, on scope and on quality across the defined markets each year
- Achieve adoption of project deliverables in at least 80% of in-scope markets within 6 months of go-live.
- Demonstrate measurable commercial impact on each major project, defined at kickoff (e.g. sales force productivity, pipeline conversion, planning accuracy, time-to-deal)
