Mission

From the Industrial Services division, we are looking for a Project Manager for a Data Center in Barcelona, whose mission will be to manage maintenance and operation services for a Data Center client. They will be responsible for coordinating operations, the work team, and commercial actions with their clients, acting as the primary person responsible for the profit and loss account.
Functions
Direct the service planning to provide an excellent response to the client at all times, organizing means and resources for efficient execution and proposing improvements to daily execution to adapt to their needs.
Perform the economic management of the assigned contract, monitoring the annually defined budget and proposing corrective measures for identified deviations.
Lead a large work team, supervising the assignment of tasks and the hiring and training of new additions to ensure the right team is in place for the provision of the entrusted services.
Promote a fluid relationship with the Workers' Labor Representation to facilitate a labor framework that allows the provision of services in the most efficient way.
Act as strategic partners for clients, maintaining a fluid relationship with them to gather their needs and guarantee their satisfaction with the service provided.
Collaborate with transversal areas of the company for the development of new commercial opportunities.
Understand the client's needs.
Perform and manage procedures in the Data Center, as well as the preparation of reports, escalation of incidents, and handling calls for critical emergencies.
Organize interventions in critical environments.
Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs with the client.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians oriented toward client and company results.
Preparation of project monitoring dashboards.

Education

Technical Industrial Engineering, Higher Degree or Industrial Engineering Degree, Telecommunications Engineer, or similar technical training with high experience.
Valuable Requirements

Specific training in Data Centers:
AOS, ATS, or ATD by Uptime Institute
ITIL certifications or similar
Any other certified Data Center training (operations, energy, cooling, etc.)
Other high-value training:
Certifications or experience in Lean Methodology (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc.)
Training in leadership or team management

Knowledge
GMAO / CMMS (valuable)
PowerBI (valuable)
Certifications or skills training (valuable)
Autocad (valuable)

Languages
Minimum: B2 level of English.
Experience

At least 7 years of demonstrable experience in the management of industrial contracts, data centers, pharmaceuticals, critical environments, or similar.

Misión

Desde la división de Servicios a la Industria buscamos un/a Responsable de Proyecto para Data Center en Barcelona, cuya misión será gestionar servicios de mantenimiento y operación para un cliente de Data Center, se encargará de coordinar las operaciones, el equipo de trabajo y las acciones comerciales con sus clientes, como máximo responsable de la cuenta de resultados.
Funciones
Dirigir la planificación del servicio de para dar una respuesta excelente en todo momento al cliente, organizando los medios y recursos para una ejecución eficiente y proponiendo mejoras a la ejecución diaria para adaptarnos a sus necesidades.
Realizar la gestión económica del contrato asignado, haciendo seguimiento del presupuesto definido anualmente y proponiendo medidas correctoras para las desviaciones identificadas.
Dirigir un amplio equipo de trabajo, supervisando la asignación de las tareas y la contratación y formación de nuevas incorporaciones para garantizar que se cuenta con el equipo adecuado para la prestación de los servicios encomendados.
Impulsar una relación fluida con la Representación Laboral de los Trabajadores para facilitar un marco laboral que permita cumplir la prestación de los servicios de la forma más eficiente.
Ejercer como socios estratégicos de los clientes, manteniendo una relación fluida con ellos para recoger sus necesidades y garantizar su satisfacción con el servicio prestado.
Colaborar con áreas transversales de la empresa para el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Entender las necesidades del cliente.
Realizar y gestionar procedimientos en el Data Center, así como elaboración de informes, escalado de incidencias y atención de llamadas para urgencias críticas.
Organizar intervenciones en entorno crítico.
Seguimiento de KPIs y SLAs con cliente.
Dirigir a un equipo multidisciplinar de ingenieros y técnicos orientado a resultados de cliente y compañía.
Elaboración de cuadros de mando de seguimiento del proyecto.

Formación

Ingeniería Técnica Industrial, Superior o Grado Ing. Industrial, Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones o formaciones técnicas similares con alta experiencia.
Requisitos Valorables

Formaciones específicas en Data Center:
AOS, ATS o ATD por uptime institute
Certificaciones en ITIL o similar
Cualquier otra formación en Data Center certificada (operaciones, energía, cooling, etc)
Otras formaciones de alto valor:
