Mission
Control and supervise the development of the adaptation(s) and the performance of the tasks of the personnel under their charge, both internal and external, ensuring the correct execution of the contracted services, following the regulations of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, attending to and resolving incidents, optimizing center resources, correcting possible deficiencies, and maintaining an appropriate relationship with clients and employees, whether directly or indirectly, through the legal representatives of the latter.
Functions
Study and preparation of the budget/project for execution
Study of the Health and Safety Plan of the site
Plan the adaptation visits
Handle the control and monitoring of the site

Review technical solutions and their constructive feasibility.
Manage the site documentation, as-built.
