Misión
Desde la Dirección de Organización y Recursos Humanos de Serveo estamos buscando un/a Becario/a de Gestión de RR.HH. en Madrid. Su misión principal será dar apoyo en todas las funciones y tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de personas de su ámbito territorial y responsabilidad, de acuerdo con las directrices de su Responsable de Gestión, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y la correcta aplicación de la normativa legal
Funciones
Dar apoyo en la gestión de la nómina de los centros asignados.
Proporcionar apoyo en la elaboración del cálculo general de nómina mensual en el sistema.
Dar soporte en el proceso administrativo asociado a la relación laboral de los empleados (contratación, modificaciones contractuales y bajas).
Dar apoyo en la gestión de embargos y cuotas sindicales.
Dar apoyo en las comunicaciones a organismos oficiales relativas a Seguridad Social (Red, Delta/Conta), SEPE (Contrat@, Certific@), etc.
