Manager for the Cleaning contract of the Municipal Facilities of the Sabadell City Council Functions
Plan and organize the execution of the service. Coordinate, supervise, and carry out technical direction. Coordinate the team of contract supervisors. Perform random quality controls of the work carried out, verifying or correcting possible deviations. Control and request materials, with the support of administrative staff and contract supervisors, and supervise their distribution. Control and manage personnel matters (hires, terminations, modifications, novations, substitutions) with the support of administrative staff and contract supervisors. Report to the service manager and/or the client on the evolution of the service. Act as the general liaison between the company, the client, and subcontracted companies. Manage the work team together with the supervisors.
Guarantee compliance with current Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations.
Guarantee compliance with service level agreements and contract clauses.
Propose improvements and changes that lead to higher service quality.Education

Encargada/o para el contrato de Limpieza de las Dependencias Municipales del Ayuntamiento de Sabadell Funciones
Planificar y organizar la ejecución del servicio. Coordinar, supervisar y realizar la dirección técnica. Coordinar al equipo de supervisores del contrato. Realizar controles aleatorios de calidad de los trabajos realizados, verificando o corrigiendo las posibles desviaciones. Controlar y realizar la petición de materiales, con apoyo del personal administrativo y supervisores del contrato, y supervisar su distribución. Controlar y realizar las gestiones de personal (altas, bajas, modificaciones, novaciones, sustituciones) con apoyo del personal administrativo y de los supervisores del contrato. Reportar al gestor del servicio y/o al cliente sobre la evolución del servicio. Realizar la interlocución general de la empresa con el cliente y con las empresas subcontratadas. Gestionar al equipo de trabajo junto a los supervisores.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de PRL.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y las cláusulas del contrato.
