We are currently looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Engagement Team, where you will play a key role in shaping the CUPRA and SEAT Apps.

The role 🧐

This is a hands-on design and creative role. You are expected to contribute to the execution of design solutions based on research insights, shaping an evolutive product that balances user needs with technical feasibility and business goals. Working in lockstep with the Product Owner and Tech Lead as a triad to bridge the gap between vision and execution for the CUPRA App. As a key contributor you will report to the Design Lead/Manager to ensure alignment with the brand's strategic goals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Product design: develop product solutions that enhance user experiences, working within technical parameters to find valuable and functional outcomes.
• UI Excellence: deliver useful, usable, and delightful interfaces with strong attention to detail, ensuring every output is strictly aligned with the CUPRA brand universe.
• User centered approach: incorporate feedback from users and manage feedback from stakeholders to drive the continuous improvement of your features.
• Design System Contribution: correctively apply and contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency in coordination with the design team and design system team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: participate in co-creation sessions with other departments (Product, Tech, Data) to support the definition and delivery of the product roadmap.
• Efficient Workflows: maintain organized and efficient design workflows (from Figma handovers to documentation) to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
