Key Responsibilities

As a Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and strategists to craft outstanding edits and dynamic motion assets for both emerging brands and established global icons. We are the creative minds behind the tools, responsible for bringing the agency's visual vision to life.

In this role, you must understand a brand's purpose and possess the technical competence and visual flair required to communicate it effectively across diverse channels. Recognizing and honoring a brand's unique tone is imperative; you will help transform complex or sensitive messaging into easily digestible, highly engaging video content. Because our projects span digital, social, and video, your creative ideas will have the potential to impact multiple mediums.

Your primary focus will be supporting the team to conceptualize, develop, and execute dynamic edits and sophisticated motion graphics with a clear understanding of the target audience and platform application. Beyond client work, you will actively contribute to developing and maintaining our in-house motion identity, elevating our social media presence, and expanding our production capabilities for clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Execution: Take ownership of briefed edits and motion graphics from concept to final delivery, working closely with and reporting to Senior Creatives, Creative Directors, and Design Directors.
  • Diverse Content Creation: Deliver a wide range of engaging assets, including but not limited to: Brand Sizzles, Brand Videos, Case Studies, Social Assets, Internal Presentation visuals, Animated Titles, and Motion Graphics elements.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work confidently and autonomously in an individual capacity, or seamlessly integrate into a wider team to deliver high-quality assets under fast-paced timelines.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain and ensure industry standards are met when producing, QCing (quality checking), and delivering final assets for clients.
  • Team Growth: Collaborate closely with our Lead Editor and senior team members to help grow the editing department and enhance our overall production offerings.
