Your mission
Your mission will be to drive and support SATLANTIS' strategic growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing business opportunities across the group, with a strong focus on M&A and corporate initiatives.
By combining analytical rigor with strategic thinking, your work will help transform opportunities into tangible growth, aligning stakeholders and enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.
You will:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities in key markets.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and materials for investors, partners, and strategic decisions.
What will set you up for success
- Strong academic foundation in business or engineering: This enables you to understand both financial and strategic dimensions, helping you operate effectively in a complex and technical environment.
- Early experience in corporate, consulting, or similar roles: 2 to 4 years of exposure to strategy, transactions, or business analysis allows you to quickly contribute to high-impact initiatives.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance: This helps you evaluate opportunities, structure analyses, and support decision-making with confidence.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills: Your ability to interact with multiple stakeholders ensures alignment and progress across complex processes.
- Fluency in English (C1): Essential to operate in an international environment and engage with global partners and investors.
- Curiosity and market awareness: Your interest in industry trends and competitive dynamics allows you to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
