What You'll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Globalization iXp Intern (f/m/d)- User Assistance Developer

Location: St Leon. Rot, Germany

Internship duration: 6 months

You'll work with our user assistance team to craft product documentation that helps thousands of people get their job done. You'll have a dedicated mentor who'll set up a personalized training program and be there when you hit roadblocks. But here's the good part: you're not locked into one lane. Interested in AI, multimedia, analytics, or something else? This internship is flexible.

Oh, and you'll be collaborating with teammates across the globe-so your professional network starts here.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• You are studying Communication, Media Management, Technical Writing, English, or something related
• You are genuinely interested in technical writing and how communication shapes user experience
• Bonus points: You are familiar with content management systems or tech writing tools
• You are reliable, a solid team player, and write/speak fluent English
• You are comfortable working regularly in the office (we'll clarify the schedule together)
• Working from St.Leon Rot office is required. If you are applying from outside the area, please mention your relocation plans or preferences in your CV (Relocation costs are not reimbursed by the manager/employer)
