What you'll build

You will support with following AI Data scientist tasks:

• Support data scientists by designing, developing and implementing AI solutions
• Keep up to date with state-of-the-art algorithms, research and technologies in AI and data science
• Support the build of end-to-end (agentic) AI solutions for generating insights and automation for a variety of business processes
• Cleaning and transforming raw data to make it suitable for analysis and modelling - working with large amounts

What you bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in data science, computer science or related fields
• Strong interest in AI, proficiency in Python and/or Java, hands on experience with AI, machine learning (ML), or LLM systems
• Very good structuring and analytical skills with the ability to bring order into complex or unstructured content
• Confident in working with PowerPoint and translating complex or technical topics into clear visual stories
• Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably in a remote-first setup
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Working from the St.Leon Rot office is required

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with:

• Software version control (e.g., GitHub, Git, etc.)
• ML development (e.g. scikit-learn, Pandas, Keras, Pytorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• GenAI development and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, crewAI)

Our diverse and agile teams invent and drive solutions with exceptional value and user experience, not only for customers, but also for the SAP Support organization.
You will be part of our team in St. Leon-Rot, supporting our AI development teams with your experience in ML and data science.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
