RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization, you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results.

Your main focus:

• Analyze and solve problems using our "Stop the Stops" methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause.
• Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.
• Create machine "Zeroes" that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.
• Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises.
• Compile all the information created in the "Operator Book" and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
• Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.
• Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.
• Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership.

The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.
