The Private Cloud Customer Centre helps customers adopt RISE SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition via a Shared Services model focused on standardized, scalable, resilient managed services.

What you'll do

  • Lead Sales-to-Delivery handovers and customer onboarding (networking, load balancers, VPNs, IPs).
  • Support brownfield migrations (on‑prem to private cloud), coordinating delivery and infrastructure teams to meet customer and project requirements.
  • Act as a hands-on technical contact for customers, working with hyperscalers on architecture, connectivity and migrations.
  • Manage tickets and incidents following ITSM processes; support problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to Go-Lives, upgrades and maintenance; help with SLA/KPI tracking and occasional de‑escalations.
  • Prepare and present technical status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years in SAP technical/customer-facing roles (cloud/consulting/ BASIS support).
  • Proven hands-on SAP Basis skills and experience with brownfield migrations (on‑prem → cloud).
  • Experience with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud connectivity/operations.
  • Familiarity with Technical Managed Services and ITSM (incident, problem, change).
  • Working knowledge of DB concepts (HANA, ASE, Sybase, Oracle) and coordination with DBAs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, communication and customer-focus skills.
  • Ability to work in European time zones and with cross-cultural teams.
