Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain master data mainly for all Rhenus TMS & other global applications

• Data analysis, maintenance, control and correction of master data in the relevant system

• Data preparation using Excel and continuous assurance of data quality

• Enforce established data standards and guidelines

• Accurate control and ensuring rapid clarification in the event of discrepancies

• Design and optimization of master data processes, preparing MDM documents/SOPs

• Create analysis and reports as needed

• Serve as internal contact person in all master data inquiries.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in master data management or data governance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

• With knowledge in vlook-up and sap is an advantage

• Experience as offshore service provider is an advantage

• Must be independent, structured, prospective, and solution-oriented way of working

• Proficient in data modelling, data analysis, and data quality management tools

• Knowledge of records management and document control best practices

• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
