What You Can Expect:
Key Responsibility Areas:
- HR screening and selecting of potential applicants (1st and 2nd interviews)
- The one point of contact with the recruitment agencies
- Send weekly updates and constant feedback with the recruitment agencies
- Set up all interviews with the relevant managers
- Provide job specs and communication to preferred recruitment agencies on available vacancies
- Assist and manage website page and current online portal
- Update the web pages on a regular basis and ensure that the expired positions are removed
- Screening of CV's and providing feedback to agencies and candidates
- Setup relevant tests for screening process
- Induction for all GCoE staff
- Save all copies of relevant paperwork in the payroll folders for the Payroll Officer
- Submission of medical aid transfer, new applications, and addition of dependants to be given to Payroll Manager / Payroll Officer upon new employee's first day
- Collect, capture and follow-up on performance appraisals on a bi-annual basis for all GCoE staff
- Assist with all talent acquisition projects for the GCoE
- Assist HR / payroll team on projects
- Telephonic confirmation of employment
