About the role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what's next.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale how Revolut performs across AI-generated discovery experiences.
The role focuses on improving brand visibility, accuracy, and sentiment in responses produced by LLMs, AI assistants, and emerging answer engines.

What you'll be doing
- Owning and deliver the generative search strategy across AI and search platforms to grow brand visibility, relevance, and trust
- Optimising website content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility in both traditional and AI-generated search results
- Managing content distribution across owned channels and relevant third-party platforms to support organic growth
- Working cross-functionally to strengthen search presence
- Measuring visibility across AI search and LLM platforms, track downstream performance impact, and use insights to drive optimisation actions that improve results
What you'll need
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience in AI search or answer engine optimisation
- A familiarity with LLM ecosystems and AI tools
- Experience managing brand reputation and digital presence
- Knowledge of experimentation platforms and analytics tools
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN18,400 - PLN21,600 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
