Who we are?
As our Trade Marketing Analyst (B2B), you will be the central executor for our global business-to-business marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on seamless execution and cross-functional coordination.

You will manage the end-to-end campaign workflow, acting as the main point of contact for internal teams (Design, Copywriting, Branding) and external partners. Your responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing materials, managing content uploads (CMS), and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and maintain high quality.

We seek a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented analyst ready to provide insights that drive campaign performance and B2B growth.

What will you do?

• Coordinate B2B Marketing campaigns: work with external partners and internal teams to implement and deliver successful marketing initiatives
• Cross-team collaboration: act as the main point of contact between Design, Copywriting, and Branding teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Design and creation Marketing materials: develop creative concepts and design marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaigns goals.
• Manage content uploads: oversee the creation, organization and uploading of materials to our CMS, ensuring proper design standards
• Project management: ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Support campaign strategy: collaborate with teams and partners to refine and enhance marketing strategies, including presentations, newsletters, and other marketing assets
• Provide insights: share feedback and insights to help improve and optimize the campaign's performance and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Proactive & Organized: you can work independently, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver: you generate fresh ideas and solutions to enhance marketing initiatives
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
  Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English: Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
