What is our proposal?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized B2B Group Travel Assistant to support the Group Travel team in the day-to-day operations related to group travel bookings and coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of group travel arrangements for travel advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Travel team with itinerary planning, booking creation, and travel documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, processing payments, and maintaining travel records.
  • Communicate with travel advisors to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth group booking process experience.
  • Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline group travel processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support (experience in B2B or group travel is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing travel schedules.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.
