What You Will Do:
Primary Focus: Outbound/Inbound Calls. The main function will be making calls. For a 4-hour shift, between 2 and 3 hours will be spent calling markets in Spain, Mexico, the USA/Canada, and the UK. Therefore, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Basic Salesforce Case Management: Handling simple inquiries via email, such as sending links to training calendars or providing basic information about the platform, specific trips, or destinations.
Certificate Creation in Canva: Using pre-existing templates to add names and dates, then sending the completed certificates to agents via Salesforce email.
Simple Lead Management in Salesforce: Maintaining organized follow-ups with agents. This includes making calls, scheduling next steps, tracking when training invitations were sent, and rescheduling as needed.
Product and Training Presentations: Creating slide decks using established templates and models. This involves migrating and adapting existing information to the specific product or topic required.

Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Travel, Administrative Support, or a related field (with possibility of signing a university internship agreement).
- Great communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment.
- Interest in finance and accounting functions.
- No prior experience required - motivation and curiosity are more important!
