Job Description

• Take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze complex data sets using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive scaling initiatives in collaboration with your team.
• Manage and allocate budgets for your market's channels, ensuring maximum impact and business growth.
• Proactively generate and implement test ideas to optimize existing channels and expand into new ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, and Video Production-on campaign planning, creative assets, reporting, automation, and optimization.
