This role owns the end-to-end customer engagement strategy for Amazon Business, with a clear mandate to drive faster onboarding, deeper feature adoption, and sustained spend growth. The Product Marketing Manager operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology, turning customer insights into scalable engagement programs and influencing product and tech decisions to ensure the right experiences are built for customers at every stage of their lifecycle.

A successful candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, comfortable setting direction while diving deep into execution and data.
