Job Description:

An opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus defence and space in Cadiz

As part of Airbus Cadiz Quality team, we are looking for an engineer who will work in a dynamic and innovative team to guarantee the conformity of products and processes to the requirements specified by our customers and our POA (Production Organization Approval) and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty. You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

Process performance and product adherence to standards

Reliability of processes

Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

You will master BMS (Business Management System) to ensure compliance to the different processes applicable to manufacturing.

You will also participate in AOS (Airbus Operating System) routines and may lead those related to QPS (Quality Performance System) to continuously monitor and improve our efficiency.

Additionally, you will work on different projects following mainly LBIP+ and APQP methodologies. These projects might be related to Cádiz Consolidation Project or to continuous improvement of our products/processes.

Knowledge in data analytics and/or coding skills will be considered a plus.

If you are an analytical and methodical person, with good interpersonal skills, you are willing to learn or develop your competences in the complete quality landscape and you are fluent in Spanish and English, this position might fit you and offer you a next step in your career.
