Job Description:

An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).

RESPONSABILITIES:

You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

- Operating process and product adherence to standards.
- Process improvement
- Process repeatability, before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product (Industry Qualifications, Product and Process Profitability After Changes (PPV) )
-Management and improvement of environmental conditions in the halls.
-Management and implementation of action plans linked to product and process deviations.
-Supplier quality management.
-Improvement of KPIs set up.

SKILLS:

- Educated in an Engineering degree
- Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, Proactive & Structured
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
