As an HR Support you will support the execution of HR strategy by translating the needs of the area into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the area performance.
Your main accountabilities will be the following:
- Provide HR services to Airbus employees and Managers, in partnership with the business.
- Advising the business on all people related matters.
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
- Apply HR policies, E&C standards & National labor regulations towards the management.
- Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
- Support and encourage the development of all employees.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behaviour.
- Skills in Talent Acquisition
- Good Team spirit and business-orientation
- Active listening and proactive attitude.
Education & background requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance
- Both English and Spanish at negotiation level
- Experience in Junior Talent Acquisition
- Experience in drafting employee's communications and policies
- Experience in dealing with managers, employees, and their representatives
- Rigorous, autonomous, customer focused mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
