Mission
As part of the People, Culture & Communications team, the Total Rewards Manager will design, implement, and govern the company's compensation and benefits framework across our global operations. This role ensures that reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with the company's strategy, while providing leadership with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Global Total Rewards Strategy
Framework Design: Develop and maintain global salary structures and compensation frameworks across all geographies and business units.
Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous market analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Annual Cycles: Lead the end-to-end annual salary review and bonus distribution processes.
Incentives: Design and maintain variable pay and incentive frameworks aligned with organizational performance.
Benefits Governance: Periodically review global benefits to ensure they are consistent, competitive, and culturally aligned.
Strategic Cost Modelling & Governance
Scenario Planning: Model compensation scenarios and financial implications for salary reviews, bonus plans, and budget forecasting.
Financial Sustainability: Ensure all reward practices remain financially viable and aligned with the company's long-term budget.
Board Support: Provide high-level analytical support for executive and board-level discussions regarding compensation and incentives.
Job Architecture & DEI
Organizational Design: Develop and maintain job families and levels to ensure role clarity and internal equity across the globe.
Pay Equity: Lead global pay equity audits (gender, function, and country) to identify and mitigate biases.
Transparency: Support the implementation of transparent reward practices in line with global regulations.
People Analytics & AI Transformation
Dashboards: Build and manage automated reports and data visualization platforms for leadership.
Data Ethics: Ensure the responsible and compliant use of people data across all analytics platforms.

Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.
You will rock at this role if you match with:
Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or Finance. Advanced certification in Compensation or Data Science is a strong plus.
Experience: +8 years of proven experience in Global Rewards roles within multinational or high-growth environments (Pharma/Biotech sector experience is highly valued).
Analytical Power: Exceptional modelling capabilities; you are comfortable navigating complex data sets to find strategic "nuggets" of information.
Tech Savvy: Advanced experience with HRIS (Workday/SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
English: Fluent (C1-C2) for global coordination.
Spanish: Professional level is essential.
