As we scale our operations and grow across new regions, we are expanding our Recruiting Team with a Technical Recruiter who will support hiring across multiple domains and collaborate closely with our LATAM-based Recruitment Coordinator.

We are looking for a recruiter with strong sourcing and communication skills, who can independently manage technical roles, adapt to fast-changing priorities, and maintain excellent candidate experience.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positionsLead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide candidate insights

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Premium and other professional platforms

  • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit

  • Maintain accurate and timely information in Jira (ATS)

  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Coordinator (Mexico) on pipelines, priorities, and candidate handovers during LATAM working hours

  • Ensure clear, structured communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process

  • Participate in Hiring Terms Calls

  • Contribute to employer branding activities and internal People Team initiatives

  • Support basic reporting and help improve recruitment processes

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruitment

  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Jira is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles

  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

  • Advanced English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work with a shifted schedule aligned closer to the LATAM time zone

  • Experience hiring in LATAM or multicultural environments
