• Translate client's strategic objectives into executable technical programs, balancing scope, schedule, and quality.

• Partner with engineering leads, architects, and client to design scalable technical solutions.

• Manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

• Evaluate and communicate trade-offs between delivering quick iterations and maintaining long-term architectural integrity.

• Use SDLC understanding to plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of features and systems-from conception to retirement.

• Read and interpret basic code constructs and design documents to estimate technical effort and complexity.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in product or project management, or software delivery leadership.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver technical initiatives.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) - feature design, estimation, release, and maintenance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel.

• Proven experience working with BE.

• Experience implementing moderately complex enterprise systems with multiple dependencies.

• English level B2+.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation to estimate effort and complexity.
