WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

The Mission

To ensure our critical flight hardware and ground support equipment move across borders seamlessly. You will own the physical flow of goods, managing complex export controls and launch campaign logistics for our P0/P1 satellites.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Logistics Management: Manage end-to-end freight for high-value aerospace components (Incoterms, freight forwarders, insurance).

• Export/Import Compliance: Handle customs clearance, HS classification, and ensure strict adherence to ITAR/EAR and dual-use regulations.

• Launch Campaign Support: Coordinate the complex logistics of shipping satellites and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to remote launch sites.

• Inventory Control: Maintain 100% accuracy of stock levels for flight hardware and manage the physical warehouse processes.

• Dangerous Goods: Oversee the transport of hazardous materials (batteries, propulsion systems) in compliance with IATA/ADR

Requirements

• 3+ years in Logistics or Supply Chain (Aerospace/Space/Defense preferred).

• Deep knowledge of Customs regulations, Incoterms 2020, and Export Control (DualUse/EAR).

• Experience with Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping is a strong plus.

• "Boots on the ground" attitude-willing to manage physical inventory.
