We're hiring an experienced Senior Integrations Engineer who will build and productize the integration layer for a CSR platform - connecting it to enterprise HRIS systems, CRM platforms, nonprofit databases, and internal product APIs. The work is highly API-driven: designing connectors, developing bi-directional synchronization engines, and ensuring data consistency across systems.

What You Will Build

• HRIS connectors for Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other major providers (employee lifecycle sync, org hierarchy mapping)

• Salesforce integration: account/opportunity sync, NPO data sync, bi-directional field mapping

• Salesforce AppExchange package

• Nonprofit verification API integration for nonprofit vetting workflows

• Webhook infrastructure for event-driven cross-product communication

• REST API endpoints with OpenAPI documentation (Redocly)

• Cross-product data linking (tenant mapping across platform products)

Required Skills

• Expert use of AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent)

• REST API design and implementation (OpenAPI/Swagger)

• TypeScript / Node.js

• Salesforce API integration (REST, Bulk API, Streaming API)

• HRIS integration patterns (SCIM, flat file, API-based)

• Webhook design and reliable delivery patterns

• Aurora PostgreSQL (cross-system data modeling)

• AWS Lambda, API Gateway

• OAuth2 for third-party service authentication
