Department: OperationsEmployment Type: Full-timeWork format: Office presence at least 2 days per weekThis role is responsible for day-to-day operational and employment compliance for the Polish entity and for supporting operational setup in new countries. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, the position combines hands-on work with Polish labor law, operational research for new markets, and continuous improvement of internal processes and quality standards.
Ensure ongoing compliance with Polish labor law and internal company policies
Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers on labor-law-related questions
Manage employment documentation for Polish and foreign employees, including work permits and residence requirements
Coordinate with external advisors, inspectors, and labor authorities when required
Set up and maintain employment contracting processes for the Polish legal entity
Research labor, operational, and regulatory requirements for new countries
Document local requirements related to employment, payroll, benefits, and compliance
Translate research into actionable recommendations for process localization, vendor selection, and compliance frameworks
Monitor quality KPIs
Conduct regular quality audits, identifying gaps, root causes, and corrective action plans
Analyze performance trends and prepare operational reports with actionable insights
Implement feedback loops between quality metrics and process improvement initiatives
Design and document operational workflows in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR
Map existing processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps
Standardize core operational processes while allowing for local legal or market requirements
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness
At least 5 years of experience in operations, HR operations, process management, or business operations
Hands-on experience applying Polish labor law and interacting with relevant authorities
Experience supporting operational activities across multiple countriesBackground in an international, fast-growing organization (IT or tech-adjacent preferred)

Capability to conduct structured market and regulatory research
Strong command of data analysis and the ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations
Proven capacity to manage multiple parallel initiatives and competing priorities
Experience aligning global operational standards with local legal and operational requirementsDemonstrated capability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and cultures
Ability to operate independently and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end
Strong attention to detail combined with an understanding of broader operational objectives
Adaptability to changing regulatory, organizational, and business priorities
Effectiveness in both collaborative and self-directed work environments
Strong command of written and spoken English
Working proficiency in Polish is strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based analysis (formulas, data validation, reporting)
Foundational knowledge of SQL is an advantage
Experience working with process mapping or visualization tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Miro, Figma)
