 Job Purpose

Ensure that the company's financial information reflects the true image of the company and complies with legal regulations (IFRS and Spanish GAAP) and IAG policies, in order to ensure the consistency of financial information and that there are no exceptions in Audits.

Main Accountabilities

• Reflect the true image of the company through the financial statements.

• Ensure that there is a fluid relationship and that all standards, policies and recommendations are applied.

• Achieve maximum efficiency, security and robustness in accounting processes.

• Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand. 

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Prepare company reports, financial assumptions, and accounting provisions.

• Prepare the quarterly reporting package (P&L account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) for IAG and other stakeholders.

• Execute and review certain accounts and standard controls, contributing to the monthly and quarterly closing processes.

• Improve accounting systems and procedures (such as fleet maintenance accounting).

• Execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, complying with regulations and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.

• Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.

Main Relationships

• Administration, Controlling, IAG, GBS, Fleet, internal and external audit.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.

• Master in Finance or accounting it's a plus.

Experience 

• 3 - 4 years in total of Experience in Finance (Accounting) in a big Multinational Company or Big Four or audit company.
