What you'll be doing: As the Global Process Owner for Accounting and SII, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global accounting processes related to statutory reporting, IFRS, and Solvency II compliance. Your role will focus on optimizing and standardizing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, leveraging technology and industry best practices to: Enhance data quality Reduce closing times Enable accurate financial steering of AXA Partners' global financials You will manage end-to-end transformation projects, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: Data IT Actuarial Risk Management Finance Your leadership will ensure processes are compliant with international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, driving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. What you'll bring: A minimum of 10 years of experience within insurance or financial services organizations, with proven expertise in accounting processes, finance transformation, and process improvement. Extensive knowledge of IFRS standards, especially IFRS 17 and IFRS 9, and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in multi-country organizations and agile methodologies. A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related fields; professional qualifications like CPA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred. Proven leadership skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across global teams, including senior management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies are a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is an advantage. A collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively in complex, evolving environments.
