Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven leader to join Visium as a Chief of Staff / Head of Finance & Operations. This role sits at the heart of the organization, working closely with the CEO to scale the company during its next phase of growth.

You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, owning critical finance and operational functions while driving key strategic initiatives across the business. Over time, you will build and lead a high-impact team and play a central role in shaping Visium's future. As part of your responsibilities, you'll:

Strategic Finance & Company Steering

• Design and implement company-wide KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support fundraising efforts and investor communications.
• Ensure full ownership of finance topics (accounting, controlling, cash management, etc.).

Operations & Business Optimization

• Oversee and improve operational performance across business units.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to support growth and profitability.

Leadership & Team Building

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across finance, legal, and people functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
• Take ownership of internal change initiatives and organizational evolution.

Influence & Change Management

• Lead transformation projects and ensure successful execution across teams.
• Rally the organization around key priorities (e.g., all-hands, strategic initiatives).
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Sales & Organizational Impact

• Support commercial strategy and contribute to sales efforts when relevant.
• Help structure and scale service delivery in a consulting environment.
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution across the organization

Requirements

This should be part of your background to apply:

• Previous experience at a top-tier consulting firm (or equivalent).
• Proven track record managing end-to-end finance topics and strong expertise in strategic finance (KPIs, fundraising, financial modeling).
• Experience in a hypergrowth startup environment.
• Solid operations background with a hands-on mindset.
• Strong understanding of consulting/service business models.
• Excellent influence and change management skills.
• Strong leadership and hiring capabilities.
• Ability to communicate and inspire at all levels of the organization.
