We are recruiting a Full-Time Store Manager to join the team in our store in Dadeland Mall Miami . What will you do?

• Ensure that the store complies with sales objectives and company policies.
• Ensure the correct visual image of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality.
• Develop and train your sales team resulting in maximum profitability of the store.

What would make you the right person for this role?

• Having at least 2 years retail experience from within a high end quality retail brand, but most importantly, you will be used to providing very high standards of service.
• Having excellent management and customer service skills with great ability to connect and converse with our clients being one of your greatest assets.
• Having previous experience managing a team.
• Having a TOUSAttitude. We need you to be energetic and enthusiastic with a strong passion for styling and fashion that makes you inspire our clients.
