What will you do?

As a Sales Associate your must ensure that the store is in perfect condition and complies with TOUS policies in terms of image, appearance and quality standards.

Your misson will be to deliver an excellent experience to our clients, making sure you understand their needs and meet their expectations.

What will make you the right person for this role?

• To be passionate about fashion and or product. Moreover, if you like styling and you can help our clients to express themselves through our products, this job is for you!
• Having previous experience as a sale associate is valuable but don't be afraid to apply if you don't. We train all of our employees on our product and we have great tips for you. We'll teach you how to offer a unique shopping experience to our clients.
• Having great communication skills that allow you to connect with our customers.
