Role Overview
As a Strategic Advertising Partnership Manager (CTV Supply & Revenue Strategy), you will be the strategic lead for a high-priority advertising supply partnership that is key to the success of Titan Ads, the advertising division of Titan OS. Your primary mission is to drive commercial growth (advertising revenue) for the partner, bridging the gap between demand-side teams, products and campaign execution to maximize advertising yield. You will move beyond basic support to actively drive revenue growth by optimizing inventory health and expanding programmatic demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Yield Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to increase advertising revenue for the partner by analyzing fill rates, eCPMs, and demand density across the CTV ecosystem.
- Strategic Demand Alignment: Lead the setup and scaling of high-value programmatic deals (PMPs, PG) specifically designed to capture premium demand for the partner's inventory.
- Inventory Monetization Strategy: Validate inventory availability and ensure all creative and targeting parameters are optimized to attract top-tier advertisers.
- Commercial Reporting & Analysis: Provide performance analysis and data validation that highlights revenue impact and identifies long-term growth trends for the partner.
- Process Excellence: Maintain rigorous documentation of bespoke workflows and best practices to ensure seamless, scalable operations as the partnership expands.
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in digital advertising, with a proven track record in Programmatic, AdOps, or Supply-Side Media Operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and a deep understanding of the RTB ecosystem.
- Commercial Acumen: An analytical mindset focused on driving campaign metrics that directly translate to partner revenue (impressions, completion rates, and yield).
- Communication: Advanced English level with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and present strategic growth plans.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless implementation of tracking and targeting requirements.
