A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic Manufacturing team at the Reinosa plant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless production of wind power generators. You will engage in hands-on manufacturing and assembly of generator components, ensuring that every piece meets our high-quality standards. Imagine transforming raw materials into essential components while maintaining a keen eye on quality control and operational safety. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, where your expertise will directly contribute to meeting production targets and upholding our commitment to excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, transforming raw materials into generator components according to production specifications.
You will monitor the quality of output, identifying and flagging faulty products for re-manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
You will perform product inspections using measurement tools like calipers, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all production activities.
You will conduct basic troubleshooting of production equipment and perform routine maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
You will maintain accurate daily production records and enter data into systems like SAP, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our processes.

What You Bring
You have a vocational or technical education in a relevant field, such as manufacturing or mechanics, and demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
You possess a Forklift Certification and have a foundational understanding of quality and safety standards.
You are skilled in machine operation, mechanical aptitude, and the use of hand and power tools.
You have experience in quality control, product inspection, and troubleshooting, with a commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
You are proficient in data entry and have a basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

You will be joining a dedicated Manufacturing team at the Reinosa plant, focused on ensuring business continuity in the production of wind power generators. The team is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while meeting operational demands. With a collaborative spirit, team members work together to optimize production processes and uphold compliance with industry regulations. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the team's mission to deliver reliable and efficient energy solutions.
