Support the technical review, routing, and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented according to ECM standards.
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the ECNs dashboards and KPIs, performing data checks and supporting automation efforts to improve process visibility and reporting accuracy.
Prepare and structure technical inputs for Implementation Boards, including agendas, decision logs, follow‑up actions, and change impact summaries that support efficient cross‑functional alignment.
Collaborate on the improvement of ECM documentation, templates, and procedural guidelines, helping standardize best practices and strengthen process compliance across engineering teams.
