Profile:

  • Account Coverage: Manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring structured, standardized interactions and maintaining overall customer satisfaction
  • Customer Handling: Respond reactively to customer inquiries, escalate issues to Customer Success teams and ensure smooth account operations
  • Standardized Account-Product Roadmaps: Implement predefined, scalable account growth strategies based on GIS product offerings
  • Collaboration: Ensure contract renewals, customer onboarding and operational processes
  • Efficient coverage of a broad customer base for structured engagement
  • Standardized Account-Product Roadmaps, ensuring consistent value realization without deep customization
  • Reactive churn risk identification, triggering
  • Customer Success involvement where needed
  • Efficient collaboration across Sales, Product and Customer Success, ensuring customer needs are met at scale
