This is more than a new innovative Hub. It is the start of a joint journey at the intersection of automotive expertise and digital innovation.

Where Automotive Meets Digital.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and further develop long-term customer relationships
  • Onboard new customers and support them during the implementation of our data products
  • Analyze customer requirements and derive appropriate measures to optimize products and processes
  • Monitor the usage of our products and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Conduct review meetings, align on roadmaps, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Provide proactive consulting on the use of features, extensions, or optimization strategies
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Support
  • Manage and handle escalations

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business, Logistics, Mobility, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management in the fleet management or SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • High customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
  • Technical understanding of software and telematics solutions
  • Very good command of German and English
